Our Harrisville cottage is right on the shore of Lake Huron.  You will enjoy the quaint bedrooms, and a large kitchen with a fold out table that seats four.  There is a Franklin Stove in the living room to warm the cool summer and fall evenings.
A large door-wall has a great viewof the beach.  An arbor frames the view of the shore at the back of the yard and there is a rustic bench and campfire pit in the yard for evenings by the fire.
Area attractions include the nearby Sturgeon Point Light House or a day of fishing at the Cedarbrook Trout Farm.

We rented this cottage last week. We spent half the first day sweeping cobwebs from the front door and pine needles off the outside table and patio stones. Then we found a dead mouse in a trap in the living room. The toilet seat was broke and we had to put on the new one he had laying on the floor behind the toilet
Bathroom floor was nasty and the tub drain wasn't working. We layed some rugs on the floor around the water heater because we didn't want our baby crawling on the rusty floor around it. When I asked Andy, the owner for my $200 security deposit back, he accused us of breaking his tub drain and refuses to return our $200 deposit. Beach is nice, thankfully we didn't have to spend much time inside
